McCann Erickson Los Angeles named Paul Nguyen as senior vice president, creative director, and Jason Rappaport as vice president, associate creative director. The appointment reunites Nguyen and Rappaport, who worked together as a creative team for several years at TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles. Nguyen was most recently creative director at TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles. Rappaport joins McCann Erickson from Ground Zero, where he served as senior writer, working on 2K Sports, ESPN, Partnership for a Drug Free America and Oberto Beef Jerky.
