Long-time Fox Cable executive Michael Biard has been promoted to executive vice president, affiliate sales and marketing for Fox Cable Network. He handles distribution of the net's 35 domestic TV nets
and their nonlinear extensions, as well as directing business strategy. A 10-year vet, he has been involved in the growth of FCN, including the launch of several networks. Before joining FCN, Biard
was an attorney at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe.
