Horizon Media has been awarded media buying duties for clients of Westwayne, an advertising agency based in Atlanta and Tampa, Fla. Westwayne claims billings of more than $350 million. Horizon will
perform national media buying duties for Westwayne clients such as Celebrity Cruise Lines, Denny's and Florida's Natural.
