Initiative has appointed Rachel Krouse as senior vice president and director at Prophesee, it's social media focused division.krouse had previously been the practice lead in social media at IPG's Emerging Media Lab.

Initiative is touting its "performance-led approach" and, according to Bant Breen, President Worldwide Digital Communications, Initiative, the move is due, at least in part, to Krouse's familiarity with Initiative's markets.

Krouse will oversee Prophesee's two international hubs, in London and New York.
