Bravo Adds Extra Night of Food, Fashion Shows

Bravo's

As it begins its upfront pitch, Bravo said it is cooking up two more shows in the culinary genre, and "Real Housewives" will stroll Rodeo Drive.

In addition to the launch of "Real Housewives: Beverly Hills," as the franchise heading into syndication this fall, the network will continue to crank out episodes for established cities, with a third season of the Atlanta belles coming.

In development are "Around the World in 80 Plates" (working title), a cooking reality-competition series, where participants globe trot to famed restaurants. It comes from Magical Elves, effectively Bravo producers-in-residence.

Also in the oven is "Commander in Chief," which moves from amateurs to veteran chefs for head-to-head competition.

In the fashion arena, a second season of "The Fashion Show" with famed designer Isaac Mizrahi is on tap. Some said before it launched that it was simply a knockoff of "Project Runway," which Bravo lost to Lifetime.

Magical Elves, the original producers of "Runway," are returning to fashion by developing "Fashion Masters, a two-hour special featuring established designers competing. Elves is also behind Bravo hit "Top Chef."

"Pregnant in Heels," about a New York adviser on maternity for the wealthy, is a go. As is "Miami Social Club" (working title), which promises a look inside the lives of the South Beach glitterati.

In the scripted arena, two shows in development are: "I'm Not Myself These Days" -- about a married New York power broker by day, drag queen by night, from "Sex and the City" show runner Darren Starr -- and "Room Service, which delves into the world of male escorts in a top-notch hotel.
