GroupM Monday announced that its Maxus media services network has established a presence in the Middle East and North Africa markets via a new strategic affiliation with BPG Media, a sister WPP agency
based in Dubai. The new alliance, called BPG Maxus, will offer strategic planning, implementation and buying, analytics, and digital communications throughout the regions.
