Limited Brands, the Columbus, Ohio-based parent of Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works, says it is expanding internationally.

In Canada, it will create a new company, Limited Brands Canada, based in Montreal, to oversee strategic expansion there, including La Senza, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret Pink and Victoria's Secret, which will launch later this year.

Joanne Nemeroff, currently president of La Senza, its Canadian lingerie chain, will also be president of the new company. Additionally, the company announced a franchise partnership with M.H. Alshaya, Co. to operate Bath & Body Works stores in the Middle East.--Sarah Mahoney
