Offerpal Adds Display Network

Online offers network Offerpal Media has launched a new display ad network to complement its existing platform for monetizing online games, virtual worlds and social networks. The ad network offers IAB-standard ad units as well as other rich-media formats to help advertisers reach what Offerpal says is an audience of 100 million unique visitors a month. Ads will be sold on a CPM, CPC, CPA and a cost-per-install model for game developers looking to acquire new users.

By providing developers with the option of running display ads in addition to the usual virtual currency offers presented to social gamers, Offerpal promises to help them monetize more of their traffic. The new network includes a self-serve dashboard for publishers as well as real-time analytics and bimonthly payment terms. -- Mark Walsh
