Holliday Out As Havas Media NA Chief, Francoli Assumes Role

Havas just announced that Shaun Holliday has resigned as CEO of Havas Media North America CEO.

The agency said Holliday, "has decided to set his sights on new horizons in response to market demand for his proven capability to drive rapid transformation."

Maria Luisa Francoli, MPG's Global CEO based in New York, will assume Holliday's North American responsibilities. Francoli and Holliday will work closely through late June to ensure an orderly transition, the agency said.

Francoli has held several roles within MPG since starting with the company in 1993. She was appointed Global CEO in 2006. Soon after, she relocated to New York from the MPG Headquarters in Spain to focus on growing the North America operation.
