Wrigley, Mars Shift Media Buying To Starcom

The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and Mars, Inc. will shift its $500 million U.S. media business from MediaVest to sister agency Starcom. Wrigley's planning responsibilities and the buying and planning responsibilities for other Mars units will transition later this year. The shift is the result of MediaVest client Kraft added buying duties for recently acquired Cadbury, a conflict with Wrigley.
