National advertising, direct and digital communications agency C-E (Campbell-Ewald) has expanded its reach into the South, opening a new office in San Antonio to service new client USAA. The agency
has transferred two employees from its Detroit office and the remainder of the staff was hired locally for a total of 15 team members. C-E's San Antonio managing director is Kathleen Donald.
