Tina Fey Wins Mark Twain Award

Tina Fey, known for her impression of Sarah Palin on "Saturday Night Live," will win the nation's top humor prize this year from the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. At 40, she's the youngest honoree; others have included Lily Tomlin and Steve Martin. Fey, who created "30 Rock," said in a written statement: "I am truly thrilled to receive this honor. I assume Betty White was disqualified for steroid use."
