Nielsen Co. has officially filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to raise up to $1.75 billion in an
initial public offering, Reuters reported this morning. J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley were named lead
underwriters in a preliminary prospectus.
