The National Basketball Association (NBA) and Pepperidge Farm Goldfish have extended their promotional partnership. The goldfish cracker brand will be partner of NBA FIT/WNBA FIT, a health and wellness initiative for youth.

NBA All-Stars Dwyane Wade, Al Horford, and Tony Parker will support the partnership as Team Xtreme ambassadors. The players will appear at events to promote healthy lifestyles, per the company. Print, TV, and online ads will feature the three players encouraging kids to join Team Xtreme for a chance to win a trip to NBA All-Star 2011. Signup is at www.goldfishfun.com.

The NBA and Pepperidge Farm are also running a Dribble, Dish & Swish promotion comprising around 200 local competitions in nine NBA cities concluding in February with the National Finals at 2011 NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by adidas in Los Angeles, Calif.

The competition involves participants showing off basic basketball skills and physical fitness. More than 200 local competitions will take place through late November in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Phoenix, Philadelphia, and Miami.
