Mediabrands named Tim Hanlon as CEO/managing director of Velociter, the agency's newly rebranded strategic partnership and investment arm. Velociter is an evolution of the Mediabrands Greenhaus initiative launched in 2009. Prior to joining Mediabrands, Hanlon was the executive vice president/managing director of Publicis Groupe's VivaKi Ventures.
