R/GA upped Vin Farrell to vice president of production. He had headed the shop's Digital Studio. Farrell will work as a creative liaison to Nick Law, chief creative officer, North America. Together,
they will align R/GA's creative vision with its business practices. Farrell will continue to manage and oversee all operations for the in-house production arm, and he's also charged with expanding the
Digital Studio to R/GA's global offices.
