Nestle Crunch, Paul Frank Offer Stocking Stuffer

Nestle USA has partnered with Paul Frank Industries to offer a holiday stocking stuffer: an oversized Nestle Crunch bar inside a gift envelope that doubles as a holiday card.

The item -- available exclusively at Target starting in November -- features characters from the Paul Frank collection such as Julius the Monkey and Worry Bear, and includes a note with a blank section to be used for a personal message.

The partners have also launched a Stocking Stuffer Sweepstakes, hosted on Nestle Crunch's Facebook fan page and running through Dec. 31. Prizes, awarded through drawings, will include a Julius Dance Machine sound system usable with iPod devices, a Neon Julius Cruiser bicycle and $500 for use in Paul Frank's outlets or online store.

Nestle Crunch recently introduced a richer chocolate taste and "crispier crispies," according to Nestle.

The item represents the first foray into confections by Paul Frank, which markets apparel, accessories, books, stationery, home décor and other products through strategic licensing partnerships through its own stores and retailers such as Nordstrom and Macy's.
