Eyeblaster Sees Triple Digit Growth in First Half of 2004

Eyeblaster, a provider of rich media advertising products and services, said the second quarter was its most successful to date as it served more than 1 billion impressions and introduced a new online ad format, the Eyeblaster VideoClip. During the first half of 2004, Eyeblaster said it served 126 percent more ads than the same period in 2003. The company also reports a 52 percent rise in the number of active campaigns and that 150 new agencies around the world began to use the Eyeblaster Rich Media Platform, including agencies in new markets such as Brazil (McCann-Erickson), China (Ogilvy & Mather), Australia (Saatchi & Saatchi), Spain (Zenith Interactive), UK (Carat), and Germany (FCBi). Eyeblaster recently opened offices in Detroit, Spain and China. Eyeblaster also reports adding more than 500 new advertisers to its client roster in the first half of the year including Target, Cisco, Wendy's, Interscope Records and Chiclets. "Our clients are the real experts in rich media, and are much more fluent at rich media execution.
