Marketing services company SolutionSet on Wednesday said it promoted Tim Ross as president of the agency's digital group. Most recently a senior vice president at the company, Ross will now be
expected to drive overall growth, while also overseeing client services. Based in the agency's Palo Alto office, Ross reports to SolutionSet president and CEO Zain Raj.
As part of the
move, SolutionSet will also evolve Alex Kaplinsky's position as chief technology officer and executive vice president of the digital group. In addition to serving on the executive committee and
overseeing account management, strategic planning and technical execution of digital projects at SolutionSet, Kaplinsky's role has been expanded to lead operational and technology improvements across
the firm. The group, which serves clients including TXU Energy, California State Lottery, Cisco, Duke University, Nokia and WebMD, specializes in developing websites, rich web applications, social
networking platforms, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
