Most Americans are cool with the new U.S. law that will start phasing out incandescent bulbs next year. A USA Today/Gallup poll finds that nearly three-quarters of adults say they have already
replaced their standard bulbs with compact fluorescents or LEDs, and 84% are satisfied. The results come at the same time as the GOP is trying to repeal the 2007 law.
