Allen & Gerritsen hired Majja Dennis as executive vice president, marketing and Doug Gould as creative director. Both additions hail from Hill Holliday, where Dennis most recently served as senior vice president, group account director on the Chili's and J.M. Smucker/Dunkin Donuts accounts, while Gould, as senior vice president, creative director worked on clients such as John Hancock, Anheuser-Busch, CVS Pharmacy, LoJack, Dunkin Donuts and Rockport.
