LBI North America, formed a year ago out of Special Ops Media and IconNicholson, has hired Julie Orr as a senior strategist in its Atlanta office. Orr was most recently a communications consultant for
Earthlink. The agency also tapped Randi Drinkwater as an account director in Atlanta.
