DoubleClick Vice President-Global Media Rabin Yaghoubi as its president. Yaghoubi, who most recently oversaw Google-owned DoubleClicks's content, commerce and local partnerships, will be based in
FindTheBest.com's New York offices and will oversee its business development, marketing and sales operations.
