Aegis' Isobar unit has tapped Dan Beder as managing director of its flagship Boston office. Beder joins from Publicis' Digitas unit, where he was executive vice president-marketing director. He
replaces Vangie Deane, a 10-year Isobar vet, who is stepping down to "pursue other opportunities."
