Troy Ruhanen, currently deputy chairman of BBDO North America, has been named to the new position of chairman & CEO, the Americas. Chris Thomas, chairman and CEO of BBDO Asia, will be expanding his responsibilities to include the Middle East and Africa. This is in addition to his global role as chairman of Proximity Worldwide.
