Dr Pepper Ups Ad Budget To $30M

Dr Pepper Snapple Group is expected to up ad spending to $25 million to $30 million, reports Ad Age, a 5% to 6% increase. The beverage company, which markets 7Up, A&W, Canada Dry and Hawaiian Punch, has been increasing its ad budget over the last few years. The company also announced a national rollout of Dr Pepper Ten in October. The 10-calorie soda was created for men 25-34 who prefer regular Dr Pepper but want fewer calories.
