Aegis Group this morning said it agreed to acquire 100% of Moscow-based Russian out-of-home media specialist Master Ad LLC, which will become part of Aegis' Posterscope global out-of-home media
network. Master Ad is a full-service out-of-home media shop. Aegis said the terms included an upfront payment of about $21.6 million, plus earn-out payments that could reach a deal total of about
$144.3 million based on profit goals. Aegis said Master Ad had audited after tax profits of about $7.1 million in 2010.
