WPP's Joule Wins Paramount, Opens Mobile Shop In L.A.

Joule, the mobile media agency that is part of WPP's Tenth Avenue unit, this morning announced it has expanded into the West Coast, and opened a Los Angeles office due to its recent win of Paramount Pictures' mobile media account.

In a related move, the agency said it has hired Greg Crockart as group account director to service the account and oversee the office. Crockart most recently was managing director of U.S. operations for Buongiorno Digital.

The Paramount win includes both creative and execution of mobile campaigns to support the theatrical release of Paramount films. Joule will collaborate on the account with MEC, which already is Paramount's global media shop.
