Rubicon Taps PulsePoint's Sears, CBSi's Fain

The Rubicon Project has named Jay Sears senior vice president-marketplace development, responsible for relations with advertising networks, agency trading desks and demand-side platforms. He joins from the PulsePoint Ad Exchange, where he was general manager. Also joining Rubicon is Jeremy Fain, who was named vice president-client services. He was director of network solutions at CBS Interactive.
