Lakeland, Fla.-based Publix Super Markets will send participants in an online sweepstakes coupons by mail after a technical glitch prevented participants from being able to print their own coupons at home. Publix launched its Nutrition & Fitness Challenge Tuesday on its Facebook page, but within hours customers complained they could not print a coupon provided for entering the challenge.

Published reports said Friday that a Coupons.com page for Publix deals did not recognize the redirect from Facebook and so prevented shoppers from printing the coupons.
