Who Owns Your Twitter Account? Court Will Decide

Who owns your Twitter account? Now a case regarding whether a Twitter account belongs to a company or its former employee may determine the outcome, reports CNN. PhoneDog, a site devoted to mobile products and services, sued former employee Noah Kravitz for $340,000, according to the complaint filed in US District Court in the Northern District of California. It claims his continued use of the account, given while employed, was a misappropriation of trade secrets and damaged the company's business, goodwill, and reputation.
