WPP Digital unit Possible Worldwide is making it possible for celebrity chef and celebrated merchandiser Wolfgang Puck to interact directly, and personally, with influential members of the retail trade. The agency unveiled a new “touchwall” installation at the National Retailers Federation Conference taking place in New York this week that enables users to touch their way into a “five-minute engagement” to make a pizza with a virtual Puck.

The 13- by 8-foot installation, comprised of 12 wide-screen monitors operating as one giant touchscreen interface, allows four users at a time to interact with Puck in a game-like experience dubbed the “HSN Pizza Challenge,” for the electronic retailer that markets much of Puck’s culinary merchandise.

The touch-interactive game promotes Puck’s recipes and his products, and even allows users to “flag” the products to receive offers via email.

Possible Worldwide Senior Vice President of Touch Eric Mauriello says the best part of the “immersive, digital experience” is that it showcases Puck’s branded products in an environment that is at a “life-sized level, offering the kind of collective experience that can only exist on a large scale basis.”

In other words, Possible likes to live up to its name -- and, well, think big. Stop by the Jacob Javits center through Wednesday and experience it for yourself.
