Robert Foothorap has been promoted to senior vice president-TV network advertising sales at CNBC from vice president-advertising sales and business development. He reports jointly to Marianne Gambelli, President of NBC Advertising Sales and K.C. Sullivan, interim Chief Revenue Officer and CFO, CNBC.
