The Media Post Email Insider Summit is a unique event where the biggest brands and brightest minds caucus for a three-day whirlwind of
island events and ardent discussions on the state of email marketing. The event, hosted at the South Seas Luxury Island Resort in
sunny Florida, is perfectly structured to offer all attendees the most valuable mix of high-level sessions and networking functions. Many of us have been going for years and couldn't imagine not being
there.
Now, you may be wondering, “How do I go, or how can I participate?” Well, you can always participate as an attendee by registering online, or if you are interested in sharing the knowledge and experiences you have with others, you can get more involved
by submitting a speaking proposal.
The programing committee is currently working to secure three keynotes and eight to nine program panels. In keeping with past events, we are looking to
combine the expertise of known leaders in the industry with the best and brightest new voices in email marketing. And this is where we could use your help!

The Email Insider Summit 2012 Call
for Speakers is now open, and our Programming Committee is working on putting together the agenda to address the latest topics in email marketing. You can take a peek at the previous event's agenda to get some ideas, but don’t let that stop you from thinking outside of the box.
The major themes of the next
event will be bringing interactive capabilities together as part of a cohesive marketing strategy. We know that email does not live in a vacuum. Why? Because email acts as both a catalyst for other
online activities, and as a tool for confirming or following up on various actions taken by your customers.
Many companies have started adding new marketing roles responsible for managing
customer engagement across digital channels. Our goal for this Summit is to explore topics that highlight the role email plays in this marketing mix while discussing some of the challenges that come
when communicating cross channel with customers. Speaker proposals should focus on advanced topics that email marketers are working to address in this new cross-channel environment. Possible examples
include attribution, cross channel messaging strategies, testing, integration with mobile that goes beyond rendering, list growth, etc.
Depending on your topic and the session type
– panel, presentations, or workshop – sessions will last anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes (including Q&A). We highly recommend that agencies submit proposals along with their clients as
priority is given to client-side case studies.
To inquire about speaking opportunities, please contact us by visiting https://www.mediapost.com/emailinsidersummit/speakerproposal/ and filling out a proposal that will knock our socks off. The
Email Insider Summit Programming Committee can then vote for their favorite sessions. Call for Speakers will close at the end of the day on March 9.
