Business directories? We love them, but not when it comes to "urgent" needs like plumbing or even where to find some emergency Christmas lights—and we don't want to go through many screens to get there; perhaps three tops. A new Yellow Pages app gets this. Since the app update, the Yellow Pages and Superpages mobile sites have increased click-to-call rates by 800%—and consumers are coming back. Repeat visits by unique visitors are up nearly 600%.
