MDC Partners has acquired a majority partnership interest in TargetCast, a full-service media agency based in New York. Steve Farella, TargetCast CEO, will also serve as head of MDC Partners’ newly created Maxxcom Global Media group. The Maxxcom Global Media group will include TargetCast, Integrated Media Solutions, The Media Kitchen, RJ Palmer, and Varick Media Management.
