Honda Civic Majors In Marketing

An Oklahoma State University class recently finished a campus marketing campaign designed to create brand awareness for Honda Civic Coupe. The program is part of the automaker’s Honda Civic Coupe Marketing Competition, a contest that pits teams from 21 universities against each other. The top three teams will fly to the company's U.S. headquarters in Torrance, Calif., to make their pitches there.

During the OSU event, the nascent marketers passed out response cards so attendees could offer feedback on what they liked and what they didn't like about the car. About 3,000 students showed up to the event, and the group is now reviewing about 1,000 response cards.
