Simmons, Microsoft Introduce New Consumer Mapping Software

Simmons Market Research Bureau Thursday announced a deal with Microsoft that will integrate Simmons' consumer profile data into Microsoft's MapPoint 2004, the newest version of its business mapping and location-based visualization software. The application is expected to expand use of Simmons data beyond the national marketers, agencies and media organizations that typically use it into smaller businesses and local retail operations.
