Editors from IDG's CIO magazine won the Grand Neal award at the 50th Annual Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Awards, which were held yesterday at The Waldorf-Astoria. The staff that wrote
"All Systems Down," a 4,000-word story that appeared in a February 2003 issue of CIO, accepted the award. "All Systems Down" is an article about the disastrous four-day crash of a Boston hospital's
computer network.
