CFOs: Economic Indicators Improve, Impact On Ad Outlays Remains Unclear

A spate of positive economic indicators released Tuesday appear to support improving ad industry outlooks. A survey of the nation's mid-size company CFOs from American Express finds most are more optimistic about prospects for a near-term economic recovery than they were a year ago.
