Neuromarketing researcher AdSam just announced it was issued a parent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its method of using fMRIs (functional magnetic resonance imaging) to identify specific regions of the brain that relate to measuring consumer "appeal" and "engagement." The Gainesville, Fl-based company said the regions of the brain include the Temporal and Frontal Gyrus.
