Mindshare Names 2 Senior Execs

Mindshare has hired two senior executives for its Toronto-based Canadian operation. Paula Carolan has been appointed managing drector, client leadership. She will manage senior client relations and redouble the agency’s effort to ensure that key offerings are integrated into all client campaigns. She most recently served as client communications director at OMD. Janet Mainprize has been appointed director, digital analytics. In addition to guiding the agency’s digital operations group, she is responsible for managing the digital analytics and traffic teams on the Ford Canada business. Most recently, Mainprize was vice president, director strategic services and media optimization at Wunderman.
