Adidas is launching a 6.7 ounce Adizero Feather 2 shoe. Like the just-launched Under Armour Spine shoe, the adidas shoe is not just for runners, said Mikal Peveto, director of running for Adidas America.

Adidas is bringing in Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller and Buffalo Bills running back CJ Spiller as spokespeople for the shoe in a new marketing program.

The Adizero Feather 2 will be available in early July for $115 in eight colors on adidas.com and at retailers nationwide including Finish Line and Champs.
