Hulu CEO Jason Kilar has "graciously decline to be considered" as a candidate for the Yahoo CEO post, a Hulu spokesperson said in a just-issued statement.

According to various publications, the Yahoo CEO job was down to two primary candidates: Kilar and acting Yahoo CEO Ross Levinsohn.
