Merkle Acquires San Francisco-based 5th Finger
Merkle, a customer relationship marketing (CRM) firm based in Columbia, MD, recently acquired San Francisco-based technology-enabled mobile solutions provider 5th Finger. Merkle hopes the acquisition will strengthen their current mobile marketing practice.
Merkle, one of the nations largest privately held companies, specializes in data-based marketing solution. In 2011, the company’s revenue exceeded $300 million.

I am excited to continue our rapid growth and to leverage the Merkle brand to attract the best mobile talent in the industry.”
5th Finger will be positioned within the company’s Digital Solutions Group, according to the release, and will continue to be a capability brand.
