STV Records 13% Hike In Digital Revenue

The Scottish broadcaster has also reported a 15% rise in operating profit in the first half of the year. According to STV's interim results, overall revenues were up 1% to £47.6 million, compared to £47.2 million in the first half of 2011. Digital revenues for its consumer business were said to have grown by 13% to £3 million "as we enhance our consumer services across our digital channels".
