The Vendare Group, a provider of performance-based online marketing solutions, on Friday acquired VUNet USA's (a division of Vivendi-Universal) TrafficMarketplace, an advertising distribution network.
The acquisition comes on the heels of The Vendare Group's June purchase of Flipside Inc, another former Vivendi-Universal property. The all-cash transaction closed September 4, 2003, for an
undisclosed price.
