Missing Child Initiative Turns '404' Into The New Milk Carton

In an innovative use of unused media impressions, Brussels-based Missing Children Europe and Child Focus this morning unveiled the “NotFound Project,” which will turn so-called “404” error code messages on “not found” Web pages into pro bono ad space to inform the public about missing children.
