The Web Marketing Association has announced the winners of its seventh annual WebAward Competition for website development. More than 1,000 sites from 19 countries were adjudicated in 80 industry
categories during this year's competition. Entries were judged on design, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, ease of use and use of technology. The 2003 Best of Show WebAward is presented
to Disney Interactive for their work on "Hot Shots" at www.disney.go.com/hotshot/index2.html. The site was also awarded Best Education and Best Game WebAwards. Hot Shot Business is a fast-paced
simulation game for budding entrepreneurs. Kids open their own pet spa, skateboard factory, or comic shop. Disney Interactive also won recognition for five other sites as well. Disney Online (Best
Entertainment Website), Movies.com (Best Movie Website), Toontown and Disney's Blast (outstanding Websites), and FamilyFun (Standard of Excellence). A complete list of the winning sites can be found
