Yo, MTV Launches New Hip Hop Hub

MTV this morning unveiled plans to organize its hip hop music and lifestyle content across all its channels, screens and platforms under one unified brand, “MTV Jams,” which will have a new hub located at Jams.MTV.com. The hub, which launches Oct. 23, will include everything from MTV News and Rapfix interviews and blog posts, digital music video premieres and playlists to expert commentary and packages from the cast of “The Week in Jams.” MTVJams.com will be deeply integrated with MTV’s recently announced artist platform, Artists.MTV.
